The Victorian mansion was built to be a palace of the arts in the late 1800s, and has a reputation for being haunted, although those rumors don't appear to be true. What is true is that this house is a breathtaking example of architectural magnificence that gives us a glimpse into the eccentric man who designed every element, from the wood that serves as its base to the gargoyles that protect its roof.
